Magellan
A two-storey aerospace plant that was designed from scratch.
Magellan provides integrated products to the aerospace industry worldwide. Alongside Leeswood Construction, we built a state-of-the-art plant that includes cranes, interior containment pits, an x-ray, and a plasma room.
The biggest challenge
This is considered a military facility, so we had to follow strict protocols throughout the duration of the project. We also had to guarantee redundancy in their machinery, during both the move and construction.
How we overcame it
We developed a design that had to be flexible, almost plug-and-play, and
catalogued all their existing equipment in great detail to ensure redundancy in their machinery.
